ALL THE Ps SMOOTHIE (v)
Whether you’re rushed for time, or want something to cool you down in this sunny weather, this delicious smoothie recipe is perfect for you!
Also, don’t tell the children it has peas in and they’ll love it! Always use frozen peas straight from the freezer – subtly sweet and protein packed.
150g low-fat Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon oatbran
1 ripe pear (skin on), quartered and cored
25g frozen peas (protein packed)
50g fresh pineapple chunks
100ml skimmed milk
Blend all the ingredients, ideally using a high-speed blender, for 1 minute or until completely smooth.
