You may feel hesitant or unsure as you prepare to start, so all we’ll ask you to do is to keep an open mind. It’s normal to be apprehensive before making any lifestyle changes. Even more so when we’re telling you that the process is designed to be practical and sustainable – you won’t need to beast yourself in the gym every evening and only eat rice cakes. One of the biggest barriers we see our clients face is doubt. If you’ve tried unsuccessfully to make changes to your lifestyle previously you wonder how this will be any different. When these thoughts come, of which we have no doubt that they will, you need to do your best to shrug them off and replace them with a positive thought.
