Sara has been working in fitness since 2009 and has been a personal trainer for 8 years and counting. From working in high end studios or training people in their homes; Sara enjoys teaching clients how to lift weights, move better and have a better understanding of their bodies.
“Working with clients and making training work for them” is all part of the journey says Sara. Sara’s clients so far have ranged from 19 to 91 and she enjoys training both men and women. Sara has worked in London and most recently Chicago as a personal trainer.
