Your dietitian will provide you with practical weight-loss advice on what to do when eating out, on holiday or at special events to maintain your progress. Every plan is tailored and programmes are suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets, food allergies and intolerances.
Our expert personal trainers help you burn body fat, boost your metabolism and sculpt your body lean. For London-based clients, you can choose to train in the comfort of your own home or in our private fitness studios in Harrods. For clients living further afield, our workout videos guide you through your training plan each week of your programme.
