Whilst not replacing exercise, all of these activities burn calories and can play a huge role in your body transformation. One of the ways you can weave NEAT into your everyday life is aiming to work up to 10,000 steps – find ways to fit these into your lifestyle and make it a habit. Building movement and activity into your everyday life has a huge impact on both your weight loss and weight management, and the best part? There’s no need for specialist equipment, clothes or masses of time. You’ll be exercising your body without even realising it!
We are real advocates of little and often, we don’t want you to beast yourself in the gym every day because it’s unrealistic and unsustainable. A 15-minute home work-out, plus getting in your 10,000 steps a day can have a real impact and is much more realistic in the long-term.
